This is the Illustration introducing Seduction, written in 2004. It is the second part of the Starfreighter Trilogy, a three-part Science Fiction Saga.
Part One, Suspense was originally written in 1991 and at 3114 words is the shortest of the three. It was updated and finalized in 2004 together with Seduction and its sequel Starbiz, which is as yet unfinished although it is already 5556 words long.
So far at 9654 words, Seduction is by far the longest of the three.
The Trilogy can be located in the Stories category of the Writing section.
Each part can be read as a separate story and ends in a cliffhanger, with the following sequel continuing from and resolving the preceding one, except for the third which is as yet unfinished.
The illustration in the featured image is of a blue-skinned humanoid woman that the protagonist Jive Fromway encounters and becomes obsessed with.
The featured image can be located under Fantasy and Space Art in the Art section of the Pulldown Menu.
It was painted on computer, probably in PhotoStudio and I recall actually basing the limpid golden pools of her eyes on an illustration or photo of a tiger, sparing no effort to painstakingly copy the exact expression in the tiger’s eyes in the finest detail. The reason for this is because… well, I’ll spoil the story for anyone who has not yet read it…
